Halo all, well the #birthdayworkout took a bad turn today. Attempted my 225 #deadlift ended in a back pull that is leaving me in a lot of pain:(. I couldn’t even finish today’s workout sadly. So I’m head home to take it easy and rest up. As for the results of today’s exercises, I made 2 sets of the #squats but couldn’t get good depth. The Romanian deadlifts I swapped in weren’t too bad I at least made 3 sets there. I’m hoping I feel better tomorrow to get back and try again with lighter weights. For now, time to rest and recover.
