Halo all, so how did I feel after last night’s workout? Well I swapped my cooldown exercise, instead of a third set on the Stairmaster. I went for the bike at the end. As for the exercises themselves, well my #legday wasn’t too bad. Only snag I can think of was my #legextension which came in the form feeling stiffness and a bit of soreness. The rest was pretty good. I’m looking forward to the workout on my birthday. It’ll be next time I try the 225 squat and deadlift. For now I have to put my mind on tasks ahead.
