Halo all, so what were the results of last nights #back and #bicep workout? I’ll start off by saying I did encounter a problem with my last set on the #hammercurls. Found it hard to get the last few going but still made it through. Now on to my highlight of the night, I made it through 3 sets of 10 minutes each on the #stairmaster, let me just say as a fat guy that shit hurts. It was almost literally exhausting. But, I’m still patting myself on the back for making it. So I’m really excited for later in the month. I know for sure I’ll be a lighter weight 😊. Now, I’m planning my next workout which will be a much delayed leg day.
