Halo all, okay so this was a good workout with only two annoyances. But, let’s address the awesome first, I did it, my first set I made it to the 10 minute mark on the #stairmaster. Let me tell you for a guy my size that’s no easy feat. Which brings me to annoyance number 1. On my second set I felt that sensation again that my heart was going to beat out of my chest. But still made it through three sets on it. The other annoyance was the cable #tricepextention. While I made it through 5 sets, on the last set I only made 8 reps. Felt a little disappointed but hey still made it through. Aside from that I’m feeling a lot better physically these days, after yesterday’s weigh in I’m feeling a lot more confident. Not sure what it’ll be, but I know by my birthday in November, I’ll be a lighter weight than I have in years. So with that happy note I’m heading home to work on book 2 and rest.
