What's up this week?
For me, there is 2 important descision to be made about the sissy market on Monday and Tuesday, and then I think Wednesday I go to the beauty salon and get my nails painted and eyebrows done so that I can be a pretty little bitch on Thursday and Friday.

I promised to share everything so... 
The Sissy market is doing good, but we cannot accept customers anymore. First of all, the appointment system wasn't really doing much for us. We had a couple customers per week, but it was like 0.1% of all the sales we had. Most of our sales were online. So when the police knocked on our door and told us we needed a special license, we just decided to not accept visitors anymore.
I think working with appointments is something that holds back a lot of customers too. Perhaps appointments are good for 1 day in the week and the rest visit whenever you like.
So we noticed that there is an adult store looking for new owners! The building is in a good area, and we think its a good brand.They want 175k for it. (Don't freak out, i'm not that rich, we would need a loan too haha, we have saved up 100k, but that is just to be sure and safe when taxes comes...) So it's a big big descision. If we accept, we can rent that building, get all their customers and a real store.

On the other hand, what if I get a building myself, and not use their brand or customers, I would basicly save 170k, but we would need a lisence and buy shelves and create a real store from it. Tomorow, our accountant will look into it if it's a viable deal.

Today, there is a house we are going to visit that used to be a swingers club.
It costs 300k. It has a lisence to open up an adult store.

Or...

We could keep it like it is now. And not take any risks.
The store is doing good.
