Halo all, well we have a great start to the #newyear. Made it to the gym for my #legs workout and favourite part without question was the #romaniandeadlifts that was a great feeling to start the new year. Now even though I made the active minute goal I had in my head but was disappointed that my heart rate wasn’t going as strong on the #bike. I did complete my goal for my time on the #treadmill so that put a smile on face. I’ve been at the gym the last three days so I’m taking tomorrow off to catch up on adulting. After that we are back to #thegrind.
