Halo all, so I made this video because like the picture of myself I took awhile back. I’m still trying to be comfortable with my #bodytype. I’ve still got a long journey ahead of me, I’m happy with the progress I’ve made. I’m still working to be better, but I have to learn to let go of the self hatred in my #appearance I still have. It’s hard to have self love when you’ve spent so many years kicking yourself, and taking anyone’s negativity as gospel. It’s a hard #habit to undo, but, with the right training you can do it. Let go of the hate in yourself, and you can find new ways to see yourself in the world.
