Halo all, well tonight was an #awesome #workout. I felt great by the end of it. Now I know you’ll see a leg exercise in this #chestday/#tricepsday set. That’s okay, I saw it being done at a high weight by another member and…well not going to lie my ego got to me. The assisted #squats…meh could’ve been better. The #calfriees were pretty good and the weight was epic. As for my actual #roytine tonight, we’ll I made it through only one set sadly of dips. My shoulder/deltoid area said no to more lol. As for the rest I just did a couple extra sets of each. Felt good, felt strong, feeling eager to face the challenges tomorrow.
