Halo all, so giving an update to the #Noom program. Wel for starters I’m down 6lbs in just over 3 weeks. So I’m calling that a win. Minor or major a win is always a win. Secondly the lessons I’m listening to are giving me some good things to think about a reflect upon. I did hit a little snag in the week when I upgraded my phone. And for some reason the data didn’t transfer over but according to support on Noom that could happen. So I have to go back to the beginning on the lessons which is fine it’s like a refresher course. The program has given me a lot of good acronyms to work with that allow me to work through my problems and also build better goals. TTAC (Trigger, Thought, Action, Consequences) for example has helped me when having bad food cravings. So have the breathing exercises I’ve been doing. The one I’m going to talk about here is call YBP (Your Big Picture). According to studies they’ve talked about. Writing your goals down will help you visualize them. But sharing them with people and talking about them will add to that. So I’m going to speak about mine or in this case just add a photo that shows what I’m aiming for.  so far I can honestly say I would fully recommend this program to anyone looking to work on some weight loss. But if it’s something you can’t afford don’t be afraid to reach out to other people in this group too. Or using it I conjunction would help too.
