Halo all, well normally I like to add the workout stats with my post. Sadly though my #fitbit has crapped out but thankfully have a new one to set up tomorrow. So will be back on to the full swing of my #workoutroutine, my #walks, and trying to complete this new checklist daily. Truth be told it’s hard to get the veggies/fruits in but my dietary choices have always been my kryptonite. So have to really put work into them. Starting the day with meditation was a nice new way to start though. Tonight’s #bicepday/#backday was a great sweat. Though iffy on my shrugs exercise as it really feels off and I’m doing it wrong (any tips welcome).
