Halo all, so not going to lie today was an amazing. I made all 3 sets on the #stairmaster, and made it to the #treadmill. Most of all I’m happy to work my #back and #biceps routine and it was strong sets tonight. I’m feeling so good about my trip to the #gym. The stair-master is still a pain in the ass but I’m slowly getting better. The treadmill my challenge is to handle it all without holding the rails.
