I have set up a tiered buy-in system where the contest participants are able to dictate the prizes.

Here is how a 🍄PerfectaPro contest works. (pls feel free to copy the method!) 
1️⃣I lay down the initial $25 cash prize and require a *free-$5 buy-in
2️⃣I offer during the sign up phase the chance to up the prize to $50 by buying in at $10
3️⃣as soon as the initial $25 has been fully funded and met, I offer to the new participants the ability to up the prize to $75 by buying in at $20
4️⃣i keep going and adding in more money until the creators have funded their own prize 
5️⃣I provide coaching the entire time and provide 5 polls for each creator to rack those votes up in.
