sooo ive been trying to be on my spiritual shii lately but i really hate meditating 😭😭 like ik its good to sit w ur thoughts and whatever but im really bad at it🙁

first i get bored.. then i start judging myself and feel bad.. or i start thinking naughty and get ina mood 😅 like i really dont see how this can help me

not to mention i CANNOT sit upright for nothing 😭 like after acouple minutes i start to slouch and my back gets tired im just a mess
