Good morning everyone! Saturday afternoon I had a heat stroke. It was 120 degrees out where I was and it hit me out of no where. I lost function of my arms and legs. ( thankfully I can move around better today) if my friends hadn't gotten me to a cool area and then put me in ice water to lower my temperature I definitely wouldn't be here. I was given electrolytes and replenished my salts. Its been a scary and stressful weekend. Be careful out there if you're in the heat!!! I'll be trying to rest most of this week but will get back to DMS & uploading soon 😘
