Headed out to my pre-op appointment. Back surgery #3 is the 19th, shit's getting real now. They are going to remove the hardware from my existing fusion so they can fuse another level above and below. I will end up with 3 levels fused together, possibly 4 or 5 depending on what they see once they are in there. yay me!
