So frustrated!! I’m so sorry but I’m having the same issue with the recording from last night, as I had for the stream before. Video freezes after 10 seconds and then all you can hear is lagged audio. I’ve contacted support to which I clearly got an automated response that had nothing to do with my question 🙄.. but I’ve sent another message so hopefully it gets to a real person eventually lol!! I’m hoping they can fix this recording because last night was so much fun! Ugh.. I’m so upset over this you have no idea lol! Nothing on my end of things has changed so idk why my last two recordings have been corrupted. Fingers crossed they can fix it.. if not everyone who tipped for the recording will of course be able to use that tip towards something else! So sorry about all this guys! Xo! 💕
