Bicep Curl: πŸ’ͺ🏽

This is a classic yet great workout to increase the size of your biceps. Choose a weight that is manageable, do not overwhelm your shoulders/back. 
The key to defined and full biceps is not to overwhelm the muscle with a heavy weight, but do more reps with an easy weight. 

 Reps > Weight 

Example:
1st Set
15 reps with 15kg dumbbells 
Rest for 1 minute
2nd Set
10 reps with 20kg dumbbells 
Rest for 1 minute
3rd Set: 
7 reps with 25kg dumbbells 

Repeat / adjust amount of reps and weight accordingly.  

Notice how I took one step forward in the video because I felt like I’m losing balance. Your posture is always important in every workout, make sure your back is straight and knees slightly bent.
