Video for last week… it’s pretty short compared to all of my recent videos but this is all I got tbh. I still tried my best though, and I think it’s pretty hot especially towards the end. Would’ve been better it I didn’t end it like that lol
I think some of my old subscribers are sick of hearing me say this but I’m feeling super down again 😂 sometimes doing the bare minimum like getting out from bed feels like the hardest thing to do… I’ll be fine though, it’s just a cycle that I go through now and then 🙄

先週分の動画です…最近の動画と比べて短いですがこれしか撮れませんでした。でも最後にかけてなかなかいい感じだと思うし、一応がんばって集中して撮りました！終わり方もっとちゃんとすればよかったです。
前から登録してくれてる人はもう聞き飽きたセリフだと思いますが、最近またすごく落ち込み気味です（いつも？）😂 ベッドから起き上がるとか最低限のことさえできないことがあります…でもいつも通りのサイクルでまた元気になると思います！
