Good morning!!! Hope this brings a smile to your face!

I'm super focused on recovery RN because I'm going to the Grand Canyon next week and I want to be able to explore. (wish me luck)

So far after a full do of stretching and walking (literally 8 hours of back and forth) I was able to pop my lower back foe the first time in months. So something good is happening I'm just staying consistent.
