this is today's workout! It's based off of a program I ran for Marines and it's a lot shorter than previous workouts but don't take it's shortness for weakness for it will test your powers of Will!!!

Lol jokes aside this workout can be performed at all fitness levels. The Tabatas are 6 sets of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest performed non-stop for those intervals. It sounds easy but it will definitely push you.
