Day number 6 on the workout program!! Today is a rest day!!! I highly encourage drikning water and stretching.

Be proud of yourself for being consistent and hitting these workouts. Somedays it took all I had to do the workout myself so I can't be the only one lol.

If you took a day off or didn't have the energy and skipped a day. No worries, today is a good day to make up a lost day. Consistency is more important than intensity.
