We have been going hard for 5 days in a row on these workouts!!

Today I want to listen to my body and take a day of rest. I will be doing some stretches while I work on other projects.

I want you guys to drink water and stretch as well. Tomorrow, we will be kicking it off with some shadowboxing to warm up, some stretches and some light abs.

However as for today, rest and drink water!! As our body adapts to these workouts then we can look at adding a 6th day to the workout program.
