Day 3 Workout Program

I know several of you have mentioned to me that you're sore so I want you to focus and try your best on the warm-up.

I know your body probably hurts, mine does too. It takes 16-18 days to make a habit. I'm going to fight the pain and just get in there and do it and I'm gonna do it at my pace which may be faster or slower than yours.
