Smashed my outdoor PTraining session today. Help friend move her horses and now for a big bike ride! 💪🏻

Today’s task - 10 x press ups,
10 x v sits or sit ups,
10 x squat jumps,

Then 9 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps until 1 rep...

And then you have to go back up.
