The problem with the ingredients in those cookies is... they somehow block things while also creating huge amounts of gas... so it stays trapped and I get so bloated which causes the cramps. I have to squirm around to get all my farts out. Eventually last night, I just went to bed, even though I knew I still had tons of farts inside. I am still trying to let them all out this morning! 😭
