Hi, guys!  And welcome to all my new followers too!  Here's a little update mostly showing off the nice, new workout regimen I'm putting in place for this month.  A lot of variety mixing some classic and some less common exercises.   This was my first day with this program, and it turned out to be a lot of fun -- I'm excited for the weeks ahead.
