Sorry for the 2 almost 3 weeks not posting as you all may know I got a pinched nerve on my right hip causing sciatica and a damaged disk working on physical therapy but as you can see I did a couple of videos I am currently editing to then post all those personalized video request guys I haven’t forgot about you all ok just taking it 1 at a time as the doctor said trying to not over do it but I can still  make videos no worries thank you all for your patience and understanding and all the support love you all 🙌🏼🫶🏼
