Anytime you have leftover rice from the restaurant or if that you made yourself or like a Chinese or some thing while it’s still fresh when you’re done with it put it in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer and it will stay fresh this is rice from a Chinese restaurant in a couple weeks ago that I froze make sure you freeze it not refrigerate stays fresh that’s a tip from my cousins Japanese wife she’s from Japan
