In college, we had an assignment where we had to photograph a subject by a window, with diffused light. It was a technical exercise, requiring us to over and under expose the photo to various degree. It was a technique I did not get to use often in my career.

When I saw the light through this window, early last summer, it reminded me of that school assignment. A series came out of it.

I did two versions of each photos - one in colour, one in black and white. Yesterday, I posted the colour one. Today I am posting the black and white version. Leave comments as to which ones you prefer.
