Ingredients for the Ceylon

2 tablespoon cup coriander seed
2 tablespoon cup cumin seed

1  cinnamon stick (about 2 inches)

1  teaspoon cardamom seed
2  tablespoons dried curry leaves
2  teaspoons chili powder
2  tablespoons rice flour
300ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 large onions, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh root ginger, chopped
