Ok so it’s been almost two weeks since I quit all the refined sugars I am going to do some real life posts and I appreciate not everyone wants to hear about it or see so will mark as 2023 real life 😉

Mmmm also have put new album 2023 selfies as there are so many of them in the various selfie albums will do the same for vids I do put the satin nylon pvc heels etc into their respective albums as well just so much to post which is a good thing
