My back is better today but just been sleeping a lot. I think the lack of sleep for a few weeks played a big part in my back spasms yesterday along with every day life, stress, boobs size (because let’s be real, it’s an extra 20lbs on my chest) so I’m just taking it easy right now. Catching up on sleep is so needed though so I at least don’t feel like at noon I’m wiped out. Hoping y’all are well🙏🏻❤️
