Some of you know I suffer from Fibromyalgia, I am going through a flare up & its been near to impossible to move and do anothing without experiencing intense pain, very few things help with this one of them is resting. Flare ups are usually random but in my case they are pretty much every time I have something very heavy happening in my life which sadly is the case, there is something very delicate happening with me and all I ask its a little patience to create more good content.
