Happy Monday loves💕

This used to be my most dreaded day of the week and now it’s my favorite! 

Want to feel like that too? Here’s a couple tips I have for you to make Mondays way better :)

#1: Don’t try to build Rome in a day. Monday doesn’t have to mean “Crush it! Mondays.” Monday success can also mean planning and delegating appropriately to another, maybe less hectic feeling day of the week. 

#2: Use Mondays to kickstart that new thing you’ve been excited to try! Maybe a new workout routine/class, restaurant, food plan, project on your dream list, positive habit, etc. Let Monday INSPIRE you✹

#3: Prep Monday on Sunday. Yes, if you’re stressed on Monday, you can decrease a lot of that by planning the day/night before. Plan getting up early, your outfit, your meals, your workout, getting in meditation or mindfulness time, how you are going to BE no matter what comes across your desk, etc. 

My tips on this could go on & on but these are some of my favorites đŸ„°
