How often should you ejaculate?
The number of times you should ejaculate every month has not been established by science and it is different for everybody. The evidence is not conclusive about health benefits related to ejaculation frequency. It comes down to what feels right for you.
In general, ejaculation is amazing and has some commonly known benefits like:
-Helps you sleep
-Improves sperm quality
-Boosts your immune system
-Reduces headaches
On top of those benefits, the arousal leading up to ejaculation causes the body to release the good feeling hormones, oxytocin and dopamine. Of course ejaculation is not necessary to enjoy this benefit, its all in the arousal and you can create more and more hormones through edging. I would be very interested in a study that measured the benefits of edging exclusively, without ejaculation, as my intuition says most of these positive aspects would still be present.

How often a man should ejaculate is stage of life and genetics dependent as well. No matter what your stage of life though, if you ejaculate daily, you’ve definitely noticed something called the refractory. This refers to the time between an orgasm and when you feel ready to be sexually aroused again. 

In early stage of life men, this can be anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. But as you get more mature, the refractory period can get longer, sometimes up to 24 hours and even up to several days. So even if you want to release sperm daily, you may not always be in the mood or have the sexual energy.

These numbers were created based on recommendations for retaining a consistent amount of sexual energy in your body throughout life. Remember, the number of times you masturbate and the number of times you ejaculate can be totally different. I personally masturbate once or twice each day, but it only feels right for me to fully ejaculate just once every couple weeks and up to a month. Check out the chart and see how these numbers feel to you. Experiment and find the frequency that currently works for you. The fact is, there’s no one number. Simply listen to your body, pay attention to your instincts, and do what feels right.
