Just found out I have some further neck vertebrae problems from lifting heavy weights for a long time 🫣
Been told I mustn't do it anymore 😳😳😳 ... so I'm.seeing a trainer tomorrow to find ways of building arms with no strain on my neck ... im pretty sure bench pressing isn't neck impacting as ur laying flat with ur head and neck supported... so I could change to that instead of bicep curls using the weights that way.
Its going to be about finding new ways to workout now to bypass aggravating this issue
