hi Guys hope uve had a great Monday 🙂
 I've had such a long day, hospital for a scan on this suspected hernia, 2nd scan actually, still none the wiser 🤷‍♀️
 
 I really think it is what 1st doctor said and its a hernia because it disappears when I lay flat and it thr.obs and b.ur.ns when I lift very heavy which are exact symptoms of hernias 
 
 I had last week off of working out to give my body a rest and hopefully shock my system so when I start back tomorrow I can achieve even more volume and density to my muscles 💪
 
 Being purely at home these past 4 months has been mostly OK, have felt happy, s.a.d, sc.a.red, tear.ful, and overjoyed all within a few hours sometimes 🤷‍♀️ and good days and sad days, but I've found NOT watching the news to much, & especially avoiding the fa.ke click b.a.i.t news on Fbook and T.witter really helps 
 
 I've been lucky enough to have a small studio in the garden where I can pretend I'm in a gym and have a bike and a rower in there, 
 i don't have weights but I've been getting a really good workout for arms just with resistance bands... never would have thought that possible but the results speak for themselves as u have seen 
 
 From the start of the lockdown u guys have really kept me going and kept me focused and made me happy and I'd like to say thank you so much for this xxxx
 
 If u remember when I was trying to do a LIVE for u every day for the first 2 weeks of lockdown and I think i did most of the days, despite feeling low on some of those days, but u cheered me up so much and gave me something to focus on instead of the horr.ible news about corona virus 
 
 I am so grateful to have this intimate space here inside only fans to share with you xxx 
 
 some people have said I make too much effort and other girls don't bother so much but
