But to Chinese people, it is the 15th of the 7th month in Lunar Calendar which translates to Hungry Ghost Festival which lasts for usually one month (29 July to 26 August in 2022). 

Hence, you can see lots of smoke, joss paper, etc here in neighbourhoods.
