Back to my results:

- Body Fat - 28.5% which is high
- Subcutaneous Fat - 20.3% which is high despite of my low visceral fat (4.0)

Googled on Subcutaneous Fat (I'm a bimbo at Fitness terms):

Your body has two primary kinds of fat: subcutaneous fat (which is under the skin) and visceral fat (which is around the organs).

People with a large amount of subcutaneous fat often have a large amount of visceral fat.

Then, I realised that those fats on my tummy, hips & thighs are "subcutaneous fat" which you can see it obviously in my workout video I posted recently.

And I actually focused on abs workouts when I should have focused on cardio workouts first... *face palm*
