I've been reading Mini Habits/Mini Habits for Weight Loss. One big thing was that mini habits build consistency. And that they should be something you can do, even on your WORST day. As I mentioned in my last RF video, my first commitment is that on days I don't work, if I don't manage to find time for RF, I am going to do 5 squats! So. Here ya go. Proof I'm keeping to my habit ;3
