Another killer strength workout ✅

4 x 1:30 plank
4 x 20 push-ups
4 x 10 reverse sit-ups
4 x 30 sit-ups 
4 x 10 push-up burpees

2 x 10 reps bench press @ 90 lb
2 x 10 reps bicep curl @ 60 lb
2 x 10 seated shoulder press @ 60 lb
2 x 10 tricep curl @ 40 lb

Completed the whole thing in 35 minutes…so kept the heart rate humming throughout.  Now it’s time for shower and Netflix before bed.
