If people don’t have the ability to comment on your page, this might be why!  Under Settings —> Privacy and Safety - there is new setting called “allow comments only from subscribers who spent $1 or more”.  It appears the default setting for this is Yes…you have to turn it off to truly allow commenting on your page.
