It took cucky a long time to assemble, as no instructions were provided.  We are still playing with it's adjustability to fit us both.  If you haven't figured out how it works by looking at it, you crawl in from the left through that big opening and your head goes through the smaller rectangle on the right.  Then the person being the dominant lowers the the top bars on each to press and hold the submissive VERY FIRMLY in place.  Wrists and ankles are secured to the four corners.
