#19-20 - The weather was beautiful outside and I spent most of my day out in the sun.  Exercising is quite a different feeling after smoking, I used to play soccer when I was younger and had no problem running around the field, but it did feel a bit more difficult running in the hot sun, so it was nice to take a break after my heart was racing and have a cigarette.  It really helped to calm and relax me.  Later in the evening, I couldn't help but to have another before going to bed.
