Morning sports on a schedule! I've already done my exercise 💪

You know, at first it was really hard to get used to getting up in the morning and going to do a workout - because you just want to lie in bed so badly....😬.
But over time it became a habit, and I'm very happy that such a small routine helps me feel more energized and my body is always in good shape.

Do you do a morning workout? What kind? Maybe I'll make it a routine🖤😜
