I'm not sure if this is something you think is interesting. But this is the building we bought. Downstairs is room for a huge store and upstairs is a 6 bedroom appartment. It has 2kitchens and 2 bathrooms too. It's very big.
It is a +- 30 minutes drive from my place.
We paid 345 000 euro (with a loan).
As you can see i think some older people lived there, but we can easily modernize it. My family is ready to help haha.
Across the street is a supermarket where people can park there car if they want to stay anonymous, or park in front of the store for those with a little more courage. 

But I bought it without having actual plans about what to do with it. There are so much dillemas.

For example : 
- My best friend & employe lives 1 hour away from it. Meaning its a 1 hour drive  for him and 1 hour back home. Thats rough. 
- Should we use a more broader brand name to attract more types of people. I think we might do that. Have the sissy market logo on the windows but also a different name to show that all kinky people are welcome
- Most adult stores are stuck in time. They only sell dildos and dvds. I want our store to be modern. With Virtual reality for example
- There is also room for sissy make-over stuff, back in the store could be a little bit like a hairdresser saloon.  Where we can teach sissy stuff...
- Perhaps I should also check for permanent hair removal devices and sessions
- Should I rent the appartment upstairs? To my best friend? Shoudl I use it as a location to shoot?
- Should I move everything over from our current location and create a little warehouse there?
- Perhaps we can rent sissy rooms upstairs
