I picked up the pace and walked to my car as fast as I could. I stepped in my car, removed my wig and quickly put on a hoodie over my maid uniform. I was scared. I looked in my mirrors and i could see the police car approaching me. Then I heard a knock on my window from a police officer. He asked me to get out of my car. I am still wearing make up and the skirt part of my maid uniform crawls under the hoodie I am wearing. He said ''Can I see what you are wearing under your hoodie?'' I was so ashamed and i just showed him my maid uniform. He commanded me to sit in the police car and asked for my
I.D. and he went to my car to check the papers.
He asked difficult questions like ''Do you think this is normal?''
I could not really answer that.
I was shaking.
He is going to take me to the police office to ask some more questions.
The way to their desk was even more humiliating as i had to pass multiple other desks with cops wearing a maids dress.
All laughing and whispering to each other. Another officer joined in and they wanted to know everything about me and asked me if they could look into my phone. I knew I did not do anything wrong and I don't have any secrets, but my phone is filled with embarrassing pictures and videos of myself. I hesitated.
''Well if you don't give us permission to check your phone we are going to ask our superiors for permission.'' I did not want any more trouble so i just said yes.
I had to wait in a police room, dressed as a french maid, for them to come back. Eventually they said : ''You are clear, you should be more careful and don't dress like that in public. We are going to drive you back to your car.''
I was relieved. But still terrified. This was a traumatic experience for me! To this day, I don'tlike what happened then.
I stepped into my car and drove home.
