LIFE UPDATE (and a bunch of pictures)

Goodmorning!! 
I hope you have a great day.
The weather is nice in Belgium.
Yesterday I looked in the mirror and I noticed that all the ''compliments'' I received from others is starting to be noticeable! Well, they are not really compliments but I look at them as compliments.
''Hey , you should eat more! You look skinny for a guy!'' 
Hehehehehe.... 
I have been doing a lot of working out with my personal trainer. 
But the biggest change and effect was quitting diet coke.
I always believed diet coke is just zero calories so it's fine. But it is not.
I had a real addiction but i'm now drinking more water than coke! 
The effects are truely visible!

My personal trainer sessions are great too! I don't really think that you should folow a scedule when working out (that never works for me) I think you should just do what you want but stick to some rules that you need for your goals.
For example, i don't lift any weights.
My personal trainer does make me train a little bit of abs, squats and a looooooot of planking. Mostly combined with high intensity excersises like running up a hill and down.

Today is a day of working at the sissy market... I might do it in bra and panties because nobody else is around haha
