LIFE UPDATE

So I had a couple more sessions with my personal trainer.
He says that my biggest diet problem is most likely diet coke.
I drink a lot of it. I always knew it wasn't good but its very hard for me to change.
When I am working out I drink a lot more water, so that is helping.

So what have I learned so far?
I am first of all very proud at myself for seeking out help and investing into my health, it was difficult for me to do. Because I already had a lot of knowledge and I knew how to workout and be healthy.
I am very competitive in nature, i guess that is my only masculine trait left? haha. I always want to be the best and to never give up. Just like how I want to be the best sissy slut! When I start a diet, I always go very extreme. One day I did a 72 hour fast. But had to quit around 60 hours in because I felt so sick. I am also very extreme when it comes to working out. I always do too much.
Like one day, I went for a run and decided not to stop untill i had to crawl home. I actually had to crawl home and was throwing up all over myself too. Not healthy at all. I know. For some reason, I always go all in.

But I always crashed.
After a couple weeks, my energy was so low that I couldn't continue anymore.
I always felt back to old habbits. I mean, I am not overweight or anything, but I do want to be a little bit more fitter and smaller haha.

My personal trainer is preventing me from going extreme. Taking it easy, step by step, building habbits instead. This is new for me and it is very enjoyable (and easy).

I work out 3 times a week, for 1 hour at the time.

Another thing you might want to know is to build a sissy body, you don't want much muscle at all. So you need to do a loooot of cardeo, and be careful with what you eat. A sissy transforming diet is the most difficult diet there is.
Lots of cardeo, very few calories. This can be dangerous and unhealthy so always seek advice and help first.

Anyway, I have always been terified of building up muscle haha. I want to be a weak little sissy! But my Personal Trainer makes me do different type of excersises. While when I was working out on my own, all I did was running.

My last training was :
5 Minute run
3 Sets of planking 30seconds each
5 Minute run
3 Sets of planking but knees to your chest
5 Minute run
3 Sets of Lunges
5 Minutes run
3 Sets of Squats (no weights)
5 Minutes run 
3 sets of jumping jacks
5 Minutes run 
3 sets of sideways planking
5 Minutes run
