SISSYFICATION TIPS & ADVICE (and also a little bit of a life update)

I'm backkkkkkkk ✨
Sowwy I didn't post for 2 days! I have been so busy.
I don't know where to start.

But today I had my first session with the Personal Trainer. 
I told him that my goals is to be skinnier and I absolutly don't want to build more muscles. I want a feminin body. So today was my first training.
I will go there for 3 workouts / week. 
2 times cardeo near my house and 1 time in his gym.

We went to a local park very very early in the morning! (07:30 I had to be there)
It was raining a little bit. We had a 1 hour training. This is what we did :

- 10 minutes of jogging
- Stretching excersises + 5 minutes of jogging
- 3 sets of planking 
- 3 sets of planking but touching right shoulder with left arm and switching
- 3 Sets of Squats
- 3 sets of jumping jacks
- 3 sets of lunges
- 3 sets of high knees running in place
- 3 sets of walking up and down a bench (like going up stairs)

I never did excersises like these. For sport, all I did was boring cardeo. I ran for 30-45 minutes and that was it so this was a little bit new for me.

I really like his personality and he is a great trainer. 
He also checked my diet and told me that my biggest issue is probably diet coke and that just because it has 0 calories doesn't make it good for you.
So I need to cut that out haha. 

I learned that I feel a lot more productive and awake if I workout early in the morning. I also learned that for me a Personal Trainer is probably a really good idea. Because you set appointments and you need to show up. If I don't have appointments, it's easier for me to skip workouts and just do other things instead. 

I'm excited!
